These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Storrfront and its related website, dashboard, software, features, and services.

By creating an account or using Storrfront, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Storrfront

Storrfront provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables users and sellers to create, customize, manage, and operate online storefronts.

Depending on the features available, Storrfront may provide tools for:

• Store creation
• Store themes and customization
• Product management
• Order management
• Customer information management
• Store links
• Payment integrations
• Store analytics
• Subscription management
• Other related SaaS features

Storrfront is primarily a technology and SaaS provider.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Storrfront is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or owner of products independently offered by sellers through their stores.

2. Eligibility

You must use Storrfront only if you are legally capable of entering into an agreement under applicable law.

By using the platform, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to operate any business or store you create on Storrfront.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Activities performed through your account
• Keeping your contact information current

You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not:

• Share your account in a way that creates unauthorized access
• Attempt to access another user's account
• Circumvent security measures
• Use stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized credentials

4. Your Use of Storrfront

You may use Storrfront only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Use the platform for fraud or deception
• Upload malicious code
• Interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Infringe another person's intellectual-property rights
• Misrepresent products, prices, identity, or business information
• Use the platform to facilitate prohibited or unlawful activity
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the service

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, customers, or third parties.

5. Seller Responsibilities

If you operate a store through Storrfront, additional Seller Terms & Agreement apply to you.

Sellers are generally responsible for matters relating to their own stores, including:

• Products and product information
• Pricing
• Inventory
• Order fulfilment
• Delivery coordination (Storrfront does not arrange or manage delivery on your behalf)
• Customer support
• Returns and refunds
• Seller-store policies
• Applicable legal compliance
• Taxes and business obligations
• Customer communications

Storrfront does not automatically assume these responsibilities merely because a seller uses our technology.

6. Subscription Plans and Fees

Certain Storrfront features may require a paid subscription.

The applicable:

• Plan
• Price
• Billing frequency
• Included features
• Renewal terms

will be presented to you before purchase or through your account.

Prices may change for future billing periods, subject to appropriate notice where required.

7. Billing and Payment

Subscription payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for the plan you select.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in:

• Restricted access
• Suspension of paid features
• Subscription cancellation
• Other actions consistent with these Terms

8. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available through Storrfront or by contacting support where necessary.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation generally stops future renewal charges but does not automatically provide a refund for fees already paid.

Any refund will be handled according to:

• The applicable plan terms
• Any separately published refund policy
• Applicable law

9. Platform Changes and Availability

We continuously develop Storrfront and may:

• Add features
• Modify features
• Remove features
• Update the user interface
• Change technical requirements

We may also experience downtime caused by:

• Maintenance
• Security issues
• Third-party service failures
• Internet or infrastructure problems
• Events beyond our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

10. Third-Party Services

Storrfront may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers and infrastructure providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the independent actions, services, outages, or policies of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

Storrfront and its platform, including its software, branding, designs, features, and other proprietary materials, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription, Storrfront grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for its intended purpose.

You may not:

• Copy or reverse engineer the platform except where legally permitted
• Resell access to Storrfront without authorization
• Remove proprietary notices
• Claim ownership of Storrfront's underlying technology

You retain rights in content that you lawfully upload or provide, subject to the rights necessary for Storrfront to operate the service.

12. User Content

You are responsible for content you upload or publish, including:

• Product descriptions
• Product images
• Logos
• Store names
• Marketing content
• Policies
• Other store materials

You represent that you have the necessary rights to use that content.

You grant Storrfront a limited right to host, store, reproduce, process, and display such content solely as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the services.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of Seller Terms
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Security risks
• Unlawful activity
• Non-payment
• Intellectual-property complaints
• Harm to users, customers, or the platform

Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

14. Disclaimer

Storrfront provides technology tools and does not guarantee:

• A particular number of sales
• Revenue
• Customer traffic
• Business growth
• Payment approval
• Seller profitability
• Continuous availability of third-party services

Your business results depend on many factors outside Storrfront's control.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Storrfront will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from circumstances beyond the scope of liability imposed by applicable law.

Where liability may legally be limited, any limitation should be interpreted only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your unlawful use of Storrfront, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

If you are a seller, the additional Seller Terms & Agreement may contain more specific obligations relating to your store and products.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Storrfront evolves. The latest version will be published on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Where required or appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Any dispute process or jurisdiction provision will be subject to mandatory applicable law.
